Rural Tourism Business of five houses fully liscensed inside the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada in the desirable tourist area of the Alpujarra

The farm consists of three buildings that we call A, B and C that make up the 5 houses.

Building A was formerly a single dwelling with three bedrooms, later divided into two apartments with the possibility of re-joining them easily.
Building B also has two houses that could be joined to make a larger house with a small work.
Building C is a little and cozy house.

The buildings are about 75 meters apart, separated from them there is a small casíta that would be the fifth house, currently three of the homes are being rented as Rural Tourism since 2003, the fourth and fifth houses are used by the owners.

In all the houses has been careful with the architecture so typical of the place with stone in the exterior and noble woods, mainly chestnut, walnut and cherry tree. Another singularity of the houses is that they own tiles of Nasrid style made by the owner herself.

The farm of 5000 m2 is located on a mountainside at 800 m ff altitude, so it is distributed in terraces all with fruit trees and plants such as cherry trees, fig trees, kiwis, feijoas, plums, hazels, walnuts, chestnuts, vines etc,it also has two good springs with constant water all year round.

The source located above the farm and shared with two other farmhouses is the one used to supply houses and irrigate the land with a drip irrigation system.

Near the road we have a parking area on the property itself from which there is a distance to houses about 100 meters by a path that leads to a small pond with fish and water lilies fed by one of the land's own sources.

Each house has its own terrace and entrance so they are very quiet and independent.

The houses are furnished and perfectly equipped with electric light (220 v.), Washing machine (in common area), hot water with butane gas heaters, kitchen equipment.All have a fireplace or wood stove that heat the houses very well.

Each building has its septic tank homologated and allowed by the Natural Park.

Satellite dish and internet connection (Wi-Fi) in all the houses.

Although the place is very cool in summer to enjoy the water we have a pool with water purifier of 7.50 mx 4.50 m common for all houses and separated from them about 150 m.

15 minutes from Orgiva, (from 5.000 inhabitants)
1 hour from Granada
1h 45 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
45 minutes from the coast.
2h 30 minutes from Malaga airport.

Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Between the following Parties:

Business Broker Spain SL (CIF: B54646153) and trading as Business Broker Spain and with registered Head Office: 10 Calle Arquitecto Urteaga 03730 Javea, (Alicante). Spain (hereafter ‘the agent’);

1.The Discloser intends to disclose information (the Confidential Information) to the Recipient for the purpose of purchasing any business introduced to you through by Business Broker Spain.

2.The Recipient undertakes not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose except the Purpose, without first obtaining the written agreement of the Discloser.

3.The Recipient undertakes to keep the Confidential Information secure and not to disclose it to any third party except to professional advisers who need to know the same for the Purpose, who know they owe a duty of confidence to the Discloser and who are bound by obligations equivalent to those in clause 2 above and this clause 3.

4.The undertakings in clauses 2 and 3 above apply to all of the information disclosed by the Discloser to the Recipient, regardless of the way or form in which it is disclosed or recorded but they do not apply to:

a )Any information which is or in future comes into the public domain (unless as a result of the breach of this Agreement); or

b) Any information which is already known to the Recipient and which was not subject to any obligation of confidence before it was disclosed to the Recipient by the Discloser.

5.Nothing in this Agreement will prevent the Recipient from making any disclosure of the Confidential Information required by law or by any competent authority.

6.The Recipient will, on request from the Discloser, return all copies and records of the Confidential Information to the Discloser and will not retain any copies or records of the Confidential Information.

7.Neither this Agreement nor the supply of any information grants the Recipient any licence, interest or right in respect of any intellectual property rights of the Discloser except the right to copy the Confidential Information solely for the Purpose.

8.The undertakings in clauses 2 and 3 will continue in force for 2 years from the date of this Agreement.

9.This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, Spanish law. The Spanish Courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which has arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.
