This B&B is well established and with good trade, it sits on a small town of about 100 people but with several tapas bars walking distance and a short drive to the main town but also just 15 min drive to lake Iznajar as well as under  hour drive to Malaga, Cordoba and Sevilla, among other famous activities in the area is Antequera and the Dolmenes as well as Torcal so it's easy to understand why guests tend to stay a week on average.

The 575m2 built and 1769m2 plot is built on the edge of town with unobstructed views to nothing but olive fields so guests are immediately showered with a sense of peace after they walk in the front doors of the B&B.

As a retreat and centrally located B&B it works wonders, the owners have also added a fantastic breakfast and dinner which guests especially take advantage off since they tend to eat breakfast, leave the hotel and come back in the afternoon for the pool, relaxing and then dinner with local wines, hence the tremendously good reviews this B&B has (and the owners great personality of course).

The 4 guestrooms can accommodate up to 13 guests at any point in time, they are all very spacious, ensuite and have all the perks expected of a top B&B, on premises there is lots to do with a heated pool (automatic salt-electrolysis disinfection system) with amazing views and bar so guests don't have to go back to their rooms to get refreshments, there is table tennis and bocci ball (petanque), trampoline and plenty of other activities in the easy maintenance garden, even a chicken pen, and planting area so kids have been very welcomed at this B&B.

The owner's area is accessed through the professional kitchen and onto a second-floor private apartment so there is full separation and privacy from guests, the apartment is 2 beds and 1 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 terraces with great views. 

The town itself is super small which lends to the charm of the B&B, the neighbors all know and help each other as they all mostly live from the olive trade, the town does have 2 tapas bar so guests do tend to stay the whole day at the B&B an have all three meals available which is great for relaxation days (nothing but good food, wine/drinks, pool and sun).

Besides the tranquility and facilities, why do guest stay at this B&B, what is there to do?

Centrally located in the heart of Andalusia, therefore ideal for day-trips to the major cultural cities in the area such as Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Seville, but the nearer towns or villages like Archidona and Antequera, Setenil and Iznajar are also worth a visit and have a great cultural and historical richness.

Lake Iznajar with its man-made beaches and watersport activities such as kayaking and paddle boats or just lounging on the lake and enjoying the lakeside restaurant.

El Torcal with its exceptional karstic rock formations and wildlife are definitely worth a visit. It is a must for bird watchers

El Caminito del Rey (The King’s pathway) is a walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro, near Ardales in the province of Málaga. The walkway had fallen into disrepair and was partially closed for over a decade. After four years of extensive repairs and renovations, the walkway re-opened in 2015. It has been known in the past as the “world’s most dangerous walkway” following five deaths in 1999 and 2000. It is now entirely safe and open to anyone with a reasonable head for heights.

The path hangs 100m above the river Guadalhorce and snakes around the cliffs, affording truly breathtaking views at every turn. The boardwalk is 2.9km long and constructed with wooden slats and a 1.2m-high three-wire guard rail; in some sections, the old crumbling path can be spied just below. There is a lot of information on the website, including reservation details. You should allow around four hours for the walk which includes returning to your access point.

Then obvioysly people use this B&B to do cicling tours or a different Vespa tour (organized from B&B with local partner) but realy dozens of other activities which is why many of the guest repeat it as a destination.

Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Between the following Parties:

Business Broker Spain SL (CIF: B54646153) and trading as Business Broker Spain and with registered Head Office: 10 Calle Arquitecto Urteaga 03730 Javea, (Alicante). Spain (hereafter ‘the agent’);

1.The Discloser intends to disclose information (the Confidential Information) to the Recipient for the purpose of purchasing any business introduced to you through by Business Broker Spain.

2.The Recipient undertakes not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose except the Purpose, without first obtaining the written agreement of the Discloser.

3.The Recipient undertakes to keep the Confidential Information secure and not to disclose it to any third party except to professional advisers who need to know the same for the Purpose, who know they owe a duty of confidence to the Discloser and who are bound by obligations equivalent to those in clause 2 above and this clause 3.

4.The undertakings in clauses 2 and 3 above apply to all of the information disclosed by the Discloser to the Recipient, regardless of the way or form in which it is disclosed or recorded but they do not apply to:

a )Any information which is or in future comes into the public domain (unless as a result of the breach of this Agreement); or

b) Any information which is already known to the Recipient and which was not subject to any obligation of confidence before it was disclosed to the Recipient by the Discloser.

5.Nothing in this Agreement will prevent the Recipient from making any disclosure of the Confidential Information required by law or by any competent authority.

6.The Recipient will, on request from the Discloser, return all copies and records of the Confidential Information to the Discloser and will not retain any copies or records of the Confidential Information.

7.Neither this Agreement nor the supply of any information grants the Recipient any licence, interest or right in respect of any intellectual property rights of the Discloser except the right to copy the Confidential Information solely for the Purpose.

8.The undertakings in clauses 2 and 3 will continue in force for 2 years from the date of this Agreement.

9.This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, Spanish law. The Spanish Courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which has arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.
